Helping Women in their Midlife to Reach Their Fitness Goals

I  specialize in helping women in their most challenging years; during menopause.  

It is very hard to get into a brand new fitness routine especially if you have spent the last decade taking care of your house and family. Now throw into this mix some hormonal weight gain, bone loss, fatigue, muscle loss, etc... 

I understand how hard it is for mid-aged women to go through the challenges of menopause, I am one of them. But these years shouldn't be the end of the road. We should and could still achieve fitness goals. 


That is why I created a workout program that consists of a 30-minute session, 2 or 3 times a week. These short workouts easily fit into a busy schedule and  still give a full body workout. Perfect amount of workload for beginners and advanced athletes. This popular program is ideal for a BUSY MOM starting or REstarting her fitness journey. Because of its effective, short periods, this is much easier to stick to. 

My goal is to help BUSY MOMS to find the balance between work, family, and their own needs.

You don't have to go to a gym to get fit. Most local gyms are filled with large equipment and it can be intimidating for a lot of people. I design exercise routines using body weight, resistance bands, suspension trainer (TRX), and hand weights. You can get your workout done during your lunch break, between Zoom calls, while your child is at school or napping. You will get a unique, distinct routine that is tailored to your fitness level but challenging enough to help you get closer to your goals.

Friends don't let friends sweat alone.


Everything is more fun with a friend. Exercise with a friend and spice up your routine with fun partner workouts. In addition, You can keep each other accountable, have more fun and you can save money. I offer discounts to two or more friends wanting to get fit together, as long as you are about the same fitness level.
