I specialize in helping women navigate one of the most challenging—and often overlooked—stages of life: perimenopause and menopause.
Starting a fitness routine can feel overwhelming, especially after years of putting your family, career, and everyone else's needs ahead of your own. Add hormonal changes, weight gain, loss of muscle and bone density, fatigue, and changing energy levels, and it can be difficult to know where to begin.
I understand these challenges because I've experienced them myself. But menopause doesn't mean giving up on your health or fitness goals. In fact, it's one of the most important times to prioritize your strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
That's why I created a program specifically for busy women. Our workouts are just 30 minutes long and offered 2–3 times per week, making it easier to fit exercise into a full schedule. Each session is designed to provide an effective full-body workout that improves strength, balance, mobility, heart health, and functional fitness—whether you're new to exercise or returning after time away.
My goal is to help women build sustainable habits, feel stronger in their everyday lives, and find a healthy balance between family, work, and self-care.

You don't have to go to a gym to get fit. Most local gyms are filled with large equipment and it can be intimidating for a lot of people. I design exercise routines using body weight, resistance bands, suspension trainer (TRX), and hand weights. You can get your workout done during your lunch break, between Zoom calls, while your child is at school or napping. You will get a unique, distinct routine that is tailored to your fitness level but challenging enough to help you get closer to your goals.
