Yoga With Margaret

Yoga has many benefits, including physical and mental health improvements, and can help with a variety of conditions

  • Physical health - Yoga can improve strength, flexibility, and balance. It can also help with back pain, arthritis, headaches, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Yoga can also help with weight loss, and may help people with chronic diseases manage their symptoms. 
  • Mental health - Yoga can help with stress management, anxiety, and depression. It can also help improve sleep, and can lead to more energy and a brighter mood. 
  • Body awareness - Yoga can help you become more aware of your body, which can help you detect physical problems early. 
  • Posture - Yoga can help improve your posture by strengthening your back, chest, and core muscles. 
  • Digestive issues - Reduced stress from yoga can help with digestive issues like stomach aches, constipation, diarrhea, and nausea

Every Second Thursday of Each Month

Drop-in or get a 5 Pack for a discounted price.  


January 9th, February 13th, March 13th, April 10th, May 15th, June 12th  at 7:00pm

Go to Member Page  or Calendar and select the class you wan to drop-in to register for that class or to purchase the package. 


Space is limited to 12 people per class. For participants 18 years or older.  Advanced booking is required for each class.  Please bring your own mat.  No refund unless all or remaining classes are cancelled by REFINE Fitness.
